The De Wetshof estate has been family-owned for three generations and is one of the finest Chardonnay estates in South Africa. Here, an array of wines are produced that are characterised by the variety of the local vineyards in the Robertson Valley and reflect the area's unique terroir. The Bon Vallon Chardonnay 2021 displays intensive citrus aromas, the characteristic notes of roasted nuts and hints of minerality in the finish. It pairs wonderfully with grilled meats and fish.
