This Special Cuvée is typical of the Bollinger house style. Every year, with lots of experience and expertise, the vineyard creates a new assemblage of consistently high quality that is a unique blend of body, harmony, vinous character and elegance. This Champagne has a golden colour and an extremely fine perlage. The bouquet is dominated by complex aromas of baked apples, apple sauce, peaches and hints of spice. On the palate, a subtle combination of structure, length and liveliness develops, accompanied by notes of pear and brioche and hints of fresh walnuts.
