PN from the House of Bollinger stands for a single grape variety: Pinot Noir. This edition reveals a complex aromatic palette that reflects the many facets of the grape. TX20 indicates the Tauxières terroir and the 2020 base year, as these wines form the basis of the cuvée that also includes other terroirs and vintages. The Champagne has a golden-yellow colour in the glass, while the nose reveals notes of citrus, quince and peach along with a subtle minerality. On the palate, fresh notes of redcurrant are complemented by a complex, fruity richness that lasts throughout the long finish.
