Dreissigacker Grauburgunder 2024 "only Sansibar", Germany

A fresh, dry white wine with subtle acidity and a bright, straw yellow colour. This Dreissigacker Grauburgunder is clear, powerful and harmonious with a gentle mouthfeel and a salty minerality. On the nose it is dominated by aromas of ripe, yellow fruits such as pear, peach and apricot as well as green honeydew melon. Nutty notes, herbs, brioche and a subtle hint of smoked wood complete the bouquet. On the palate it is full-bodied, fresh and elegant with a mineral edge, balanced acidity and a delicately spicy finish.
