Easy to use
Thanks to its two large handles, you can easily move the casserole from hob to oven to table. With its grippable handle, the lid is also easy to lift on and off even when you're wearing oven gloves. The casserole is dishwasher-safe. To clean it by hand, we recommend soaking it in warm soapy water if necessary and washing with a soft sponge. To keep your Le Creuset looking and performing its best for as long as possible, avoid using metal utensils or knives inside it.
