This gin is forged from the talent, heritage and industry of Edinburgh and its historic distilling district of Leith. The motto of the Lind & Lime gin distillery is "Do something very simple, but do it to perfection", and balance is the watchword in everything they do. The result? A classic, beautifully balanced, dry and intensely refreshing gin. Juniper base notes are rounded out with aromas of fresh lime zest and a hint of pink pepper.
