Oyster Adriatic Gin, 0.7 l, 42.5% ABV., Montenegro

Distilled to preserve the flavour of local Adriatic botanicals, this gin is pleasantly smooth with notes of resinous mountain juniper. The bottle is inspired by the shape of the oyster, designed to capture the essence of Fine de Claire's beauty, elegance and character. This gin is characterised by resinous notes, followed by a rich, complex mid-palate with hints of aniseed, spices and rosemary. Lastly, there is a long, complex and spicy finish with a slightly peppery note.
