Au Sommet is a top winery in California's Napa Valley. The vineyards are located on the steep slopes of Howell Mountain, which gives them a unique terroir diversity. The wines produced here are characterised by ripe fruit, harmonious tannins and impressive longevity. The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is an outstanding example. As a typical mountain wine, it presents a palette of flavours: dark fruits, mineral gravel, graphite and spicy herbs, as well as notes of chocolate and menthol.
