The base wines for this Special Cuvée Brut from the Champagne House of Bollinger originate from top-quality vineyards in the Champagne region. This classic, dry champagne is a composition of the white Pinot Noir variety, Chardonnay and the white Pinot Meunier variety. It boasts a light golden yellow in the glass, and is dry and lively. It is convincing on the palate and in the lingering finish thanks to its mellifluous elegance and distinct fruity aromas that are reminiscent of red fruit. This champagne is eminently suitable as an aperitif, and is an ideal companion to snacks and cheese savouries, delicate fish dishes and shellfish.
