Bollinger La Grande Année is only produced in particularly good wine years. The 2015 vintage produced clear, exquisite and complex wines, mineral with impressive intensity. But these aren't the only thing that gives this champagne its unique character - the style of the house, the exceptional terroir and the traditional vinification methods also have a part to play. This results in an old gold colour, a lively perlage and aromas of toasted bread, exotic spices, rhubarb and stone fruit. This champagne is also characterised by remarkable structure and length on the palate.
