This exceptional malt blend is a pure winner with its very special taste experience. The secret is its long maturation period in addition to a final refinement phase in Japanese cedar barrels. The nose is characterised by summer apple, sultana and plum, while the palate develops extra notes of sweet caramel, perfectly complemented by lush, woody, smoky and toasted notes. Finally, touches of sandalwood, pepper and cinnamon come together to create a finely spiced, lingering finish.
