Sansibar Ortiz Tuna in Olive Oil

This exclusive speciality literally melts in the mouth: wafer-thin, with the finest fibres and a rounded, aromatic flavour. It's good to know that the noble longfin tuna is caught sustainably* by numerous small-scale fishermen in the Bay of Biscay. The fish are then processed very gently by hand, and only selected ingredients are used. This maintains the high quality of the product.
