Wittmann is among the leading wineries in Rhine-Hesse. Along with the main Riesling varietal, the Pinots play a special role here. Biodynamic organic viticulture, intensive care of the vineyards and traditional wine maturation create wines with a unique character, excellent quality, and strong relationship to the terroir. This Pinot Gris presents itself in the glass with a complex aroma of juicy, ripe apples and yellow fruits. On the palate, it develops a fine acidity, juicy-creamy mouthfeel and a delicate zest with mineral notes. The finish is intense and long-lasting.
