Collery has already received numerous awards for its cuvées made from grapes from Grand Cru vineyards of Champagne. The Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru offers impressive opulence, freshness and elegance. It shines golden with green reflections in the glass, the fine perlage rising to a creamy foam. The bouquet combines aromas of white flowers, candied fruit and shortbread, emphasised by notes of roasted nuts. Warm nuances of Williams pear are added on the palate, accompanied by orange and grapefruit flavours in the finish.
